Don't use them. I did and I wish I would have used someone else. They will not return phone calls or emails promptly, they lose forms, they request re submissions constantly, they take their sweet time getting anything done. I worked with an old timer who she been in...

Aimloan - Loan not closing on time

Immediately supplied all documentation on loan putting 45% down. Should have been no brainer. Aimloan picked appraiser from their vendor list. 3 1/2 weeks later still not completed. Asked daily what they were doing, never had satisfactory answer. Supposed to close in 4 business days, still no appraisal, and unknown where, when or if this loan will close.

Aim was listed on Bankrate.com as having 930.00 in closing fees. Their site listed almost 3600.00 in fees which they confirmed by telephone. I was told 3rgd party fees were not properly disclosed. I said no thanks. They are no longer listed on Bankrate. Too suspicious...

Remember the first principle of commerce: without a warranty the buyer takes the risk; or in this case the person getting the loan is taking the risk. We all know if it is too good to be true it probably is...... Like many others I jumped on a 3.5% interest rate with...

I made a HUGE MISTAKE when I tried to refinance my investment property with AIMLoan. The building project and my finances were thoroughly verified for loan eligibility prior the loan approval. After I submitted an enormous amount of documentation, the appraisal report,...

After 2 weeks of preapproval and 3 weeks into the final approval process (and endless requests for more documentation), AIM asked the HOA for their documentation. Five days before closing, AIM said that they couldn't approve the loan due to pending litigation against...

Short Review on February 15, 2017

I wish I didn't waist my time with AIM Loan. I was declined for no reason. Perfect credit, Substantial Income and assets. Declined based on a computerized appraisal when the home is paid in full. These guys couldn't close a door let alone a loan AIM YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE they will definitely miss the target.

I made the mistake of not researching before moving forward with AIM trusting their website reviews. It is false. I've attempted to provide valid reviews 3 times and none have been posted. The loan processor assigned was ill prepared to compete her job (actually...

Look at their web site: every review is a 5 out of 5. Yeah, right!! Do a little research with Google and you find they have 100's of complaints against them and a poor rating. My wife and I have perfect credit with ratings in the 800's. We wanted to refinance 86,000...

Frankly - your comments are so off base that its worthlessness is self proving.Perhaps best shown by your indignation of "now, our mortgage is actually with some other company...

If your loan is low risk with no complications, AIM Loans will give you a great loan rate. If not, count yourself lucky if all you experience is a bit of inconvenience. In my case, they cost me over $60,000. You could fare much worse. The problem is not their criterion...
